Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Devora. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. Devora is a product of XFoundry.

14-day money-back guarantee

All paid plans (Pro and Team) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact xfoundationcom@gmail.com for a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly subscriptions

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from the Billing tab.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
  • No partial refunds for monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-period, except within the 14-day guarantee window.

Annual subscriptions

  • You can cancel your annual subscription at any time.
  • Prorated refunds are available for annual plans. You'll be refunded for the unused portion of your subscription.
  • Contact xfoundationcom@gmail.com to request a prorated refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Email xfoundationcom@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email and the reason for the refund (optional).
  3. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.
  4. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.

What's not refundable

  • Usage-based charges (e.g., AI chat messages already consumed beyond your plan limit)
  • Charges for add-on services or custom integrations that have already been delivered

Cancellation vs. refund

  • Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current period.
  • Refund returns money for unused time. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — you must request one.

Plan downgrades

If you downgrade from Pro to Free or from Team to Pro:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refund is issued for the difference in plan price during the current period.
  • You can request a prorated refund for annual plans (see above).

EU consumer rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have additional cancellation rights under EU consumer protection law, including a 14-day statutory withdrawal right. This policy does not affect those statutory rights.
