Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Devora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Devora is a product of XFoundry.

2. Description of service

Devora is an AI-powered documentation platform that:

  • Connects to your GitHub repositories
  • Reads your source code to generate documentation
  • Provides an AI chat interface for asking questions about your codebase
  • Exports documentation in Markdown format

3. Your account

  • You must sign in with a GitHub account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Devora.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Devora to generate documentation for repositories you don't have access to
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Use the service to process illegal, harmful, or malicious code
  • Exceed the rate limits or usage limits of your plan
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Your content

  • You retain all rights to your source code and repositories.
  • Devora generates documentation from your code — you own the generated documentation.
  • You grant Devora a limited license to read your repository for the purpose of generating documentation.
  • You can revoke this access at any time from GitHub → Settings → Applications.

6. AI-generated content

  • Documentation and chat responses are generated by AI and may contain errors.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it.
  • Devora and XFoundry are not liable for any damages arising from inaccurate AI-generated documentation.

7. Payment and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
  • All prices are in USD.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Annual plans are eligible for prorated refunds.
  • A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all paid plans.

8. Service availability

  • Devora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.

9. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time.
  • Material changes will be notified by email.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
